Making a Reservation for time at Clear Creek Ranch

We take reservations for Clear Creek anytime during the year. Most of our regulars, when they leave the ranch, simply tell us they want their usual cabin over the same time period for the next year. If you want to fish this ranch in the early summer you will need to try for a spot before the beginning of the year, or get your name on a wait list for any possible last minute cancelations. If you wait until a few weeks before the season, it may be difficult to find available space in June or July. After the middle of July you can usually find room at Clear Creek. Many people think the summer months are not good at this ranch, but that is simply not true. The days can be warm true, but it usually cools down at night. Fishing can be best the first 4-6 hours of daylight and the last part of day, but you can usually find fish working someplace almost any hour of the day. There are midge hatches most of the time and this is a super time for those terrestrials.

Making a Reservation

To make a reservation, please give us a call at 800-669-3474 during business hours any day of the week. We will answer any questions you may have and let you know where the openings are for Clear Creek Ranch, and confirm your reservations in just minutes. If you prefer to correspond on-line simply email us at duane@theflyshop.com and we will respond promptly.

When you call for reservations we will send you a short confirmation letter showing the dates of your stay, terms of the booking and an invoice showing the cost of the trip and when deposits and final payments are due. Deposits are normally due 6 months before the trip takes place and final payments are due 2 months in advance. Deposits and final payments can be made with either a credit card or check. Once the deposit has been received you will be sent an information packet that tells you all about the ranch, the fishery and cabins. About 2-3 weeks before your trip you will be sent a gate key complete with a stamped, addressed return envelope for you to return the key with.

Fees (costs shown are for one person)

  • Lower & Upper Cabin and Fishing rights: $175.0 per day (double occupancy)
  • Middle Cabin use and Fishing rights: $185.00 (double occupancy)
  • Single Angler in Cabin and Fishing rights: 250.00 per day
  • Non Angler in Cabin: $25.00 per day
  • County Bed Tax: $2.00 per day
